This site is owned by AltLegal Ltda., a company dedicated to providing legal services with registered office at Calle Burgos No. 176, 7th floor, Las Condes, Tax Identification Number 76.383.107-8, legally represented by Mr. Fernando Fernández Acevedo. This company will hereinafter be referred to as “AltLegal.”

AltLegal owns all intellectual property rights relating to the content of this website. The reproduction, distribution, and public communication of all or part of the contents of this website are expressly prohibited, except in cases where legally permitted or authorized by AltLegal. 8. Contracting AltLegal’s services
Any legal services will require the express consent of both parties and a service proposal containing the activities to be performed and the agreed fees. Otherwise, a client-attorney relationship will not be deemed to have been formed. AltLegal reserves the right to accept or decline the provision of professional services to potential clients.

The professional services we provide to our clients are subject to the “General Terms and Conditions of Contract,” a document that can be consulted at this link and will be binding upon you as long as you accept our service proposal.

9. Privacy and Protection of Personal Data
To browse the Site, you are not required to register or provide any personal data to AltLegal. However, to access some services offered on the Site, the User must register using the form expressly provided for such purposes, including a series of personal data. In each form, you must expressly accept our Privacy Policy, which describes the purposes and uses for which we will use your personal data.

9.2. Manual Mechanisms
These are formal and explicit requests for information from subscribers and/or users of the website that involve the collection of personal data such as first name, last name, ID number, date of birth, address, email address, photographs, or other similar information. The processing of personal data will be governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers of Liability
AltLegal has implemented and will continue to implement all necessary and reasonable measures, within its capabilities and in accordance with the state of the art, to ensure the proper functioning and security of the Site.

However, access to the Site does not imply that AltLegal is under any obligation to verify the absence of viruses, malware, or other harmful computer elements. It is the User’s responsibility to have the necessary tools to detect and remove malicious software.

AltLegal shall under no circumstances be liable for damages of any kind that may be caused by errors or omissions in the Site’s content, lack of availability, or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the content, despite having adopted all necessary technological measures to prevent this.
