BIOGRAPHY
Patricia has experience in labor, corporate, and real estate matters.
With over 15 years of experience in the legal profession, prior to joining AltLegal, Patricia served as a Prosecutor’s Attorney at Caja de Compensación Los Andes between 2006 and 2008. During 2009 and 2010, she served as Head of Operations for the Conavicoop group of companies in the Valparaíso Region.
Subsequently, she joined the Miramar Real Estate Group as Head of Deed Registration, and in 2022, she served as a general counsel at the SERCOTEC Iquique Sur Business Center, among other entities.

Additionally, during her independent practice, Patricia was responsible for training companies and employees on various topics of interest related to immigration law, labor law (employment contracts, regulations regarding termination of employment relationships, analysis of minimum wage subsidies, and employer obligations regarding judicial withholding of alimony), and corporate law.
