BIOGRAPHY
Lawyer. She holds a degree in Law and Social Sciences with distinction from Diego Portales University. Pascuala has developed her practice in corporate law, contract law, family law, and civil litigation resolution.
With more than two and a half years of experience, she served as a Judicial Attorney at Leva Rosselot Abogados, where she led the alimony compliance practice and supported the processing of civil and criminal cases. Previously, she worked as a Corporate Attorney at Lexgo.

He was a teaching assistant in the Department of Procedural Law at Diego Portales University, collaborating on the “Special Procedures” course taught by the current Vice Dean of the Faculty, Macarena Vargas. He was also a teaching assistant in Civil Law for the “Obligations” and “Civil Liability” courses taught by Professor Claudia Bahamondes.
He served on the Editorial Secretariat of the Chilean Journal of Private Law of the Fernando Fueyo Foundation and was a member of the Procedural Law Seedbed, where, along with his research team, he won first place in the “7th National Contest for Undergraduate Students of Procedural Law Seedbeds.” He was also a member of the Civil Law Academy at Diego Portales University, collaborating on the project “Collective Actions in Law No. 19,496.”
She wrote an opinion column for LWYR Magazine in 2021. She also contributed as a biographer to the conference “Jurists: Doctrine as a Source of Law,” organized by the Economic Administrative Law Program at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
She is currently accepted to the Master’s Degree in Law (LLM), without mention, at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
