Díaz

Lawyer

Graduate in Legal and Social Sciences from the University of Concepción. María José has developed her practice in the areas of labor law, civil contracts, personal data protection, and corporate affairs.

She was an intern on the Supreme Court’s Jurisprudence Database Modernization Project, in labor matters, during 2021.

She served as an ad honorem Assistant Professor of the European Studies Program, Jean Monnet Chair, currently the Center for European Studies, at the University of Concepción, between 2018 and 2020.

Abogada María José Díaz Moraga

Graduate in Legal and Social Sciences from the University of Concepción. María José has developed her practice in the areas of labor law, civil contracts, personal data protection, and corporate affairs.

She was an intern on the Supreme Court’s Jurisprudence Database Modernization Project, in labor matters, during 2021.

She served as an ad honorem Assistant Professor of the European Studies Program, Jean Monnet Chair, currently the Center for European Studies, at the University of Concepción, between 2018 and 2020.

She participated in the organization of the “8th Congress of European Studies” organized by ECSA Chile and the European Studies Program in 2019. She also organized and moderated the online seminar “What’s Happening in Peru?” of the same program, held in 2020. She wrote columns for the Diario Concepción newspaper in 2021 on the protection of personal data.
