BIOGRAPHY
He has more than 15 years of experience advising multinational and national companies on corporate, contractual, consumer law, intellectual property, e-commerce, data protection, licensing, and technology transfer matters.
He has also advised the Chilean Government on the drafting of various bills and regulations of general application related to e-Government, including the legal implementation of ChileAtiende and ClaveÚnica, and the drafting of the first cloud computing procurement guide in Latin America.

In addition to being part of AltLegal, he is the secretary of the Chilean Software and Services Society A.G. (CHILETEC).
Before founding AltLegal, he worked as a legal advisor in the Modernization and Digital Government Unit of the Ministry of the General Secretariat of the Presidency (2011-2014), an associate attorney at Sateler y Cía. Abogados (2009-2011), an associate attorney at Toro & Depolo Abogados (2007-2009), and a researcher at the Center for Computer Law Studies at the University of Chile Law School (2006).
He has been a postgraduate professor at the University of Chile Law School in intellectual property and unfair competition matters and a professor of Civil Law and Economic Law at the Diego Portales University Law School. He is a member of the Chilean Institute of Law and Technology. He has also been a visiting professor at universities in the United Kingdom and Uruguay.
