Daniela has focused her practice on advising domestic and foreign companies on corporate matters, international trade, civil and commercial contracts, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution of various kinds, including public entities.

Between 2020 and 2022, she served as Deputy Director of Voluntary Collective Procedures at the National Consumer Service (SERNAC), a position within the Senior Public Management System. She led the strategy and complex negotiation of significant collective compensation agreements in administrative offices with companies from various sectors of domestic industry, including suppliers to regulated markets.

From 2018 to 2020, she served as Metropolitan Regional Director of the same institution, responsible for managing and coordinating judicial and extrajudicial actions for the protection of consumer interests in the region.

Previously, in 2017, she joined Budasis Abogados, advising companies in various productive sectors on contract negotiation and dispute resolution, as well as advising on corporate and real estate matters.

Between 2015 and 2016, after serving as an associate attorney in the international trade practice at Araya & Compañía Abogados, dedicated to providing comprehensive and ongoing advice to agro-exporting companies on international contracting, international collection, arbitration, and dispute resolution, she was responsible for opening the firm in Lima, Peru, providing comprehensive legal advice to Peruvian and foreign exporting and producing companies in the agro-industry sector on national and international contracting and dispute resolution. His time in the country has allowed him to maintain strong strategic ties with Peru’s leading law firms.
